The Scout Who Helped to Save Life of Maldives President H.E Maumoon Abdul Qayyoom, is to receive World Scout Gallantry Award as the world's 4th Award Winner.
According to the sources the award will be presented to Jaisham in April at a special Ceremony to be held in Nepal.
