Criticizing the government proposals specially the Budget by the oppositions are very common even in the most developed countries. It is understandable that it is part of their campaign to win their campaigns against the government DRP Members has not criticized the Budget , they have expressed their views and suggestions since there are some difficulties in implementing part of some projects due to " slow " speed mainly caused due to the delays from from the Ministry of Planning and Development.
