Who is responsible for what ?

Sheikh Abdul Majeed Abdul Bari , the Chief Imam of Adhaalath Party ( Justice Party ) is responsible for promoting Islam in the country as the Director in charge in the Council to Promote Islam in the Maldives founded by the Government. People does not understand the meaning when he tells that government should be responsible, since he himself is the government to carry on such duties in the community.
